About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist with a strong background in the aesthetic and beauty Field, and possess strong skills in graphic design. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase bookings.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement, with strong graphic design skills and a deep understanding of social media trends.

• Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and execute content ideas based on beauty trends, viral themes, and music.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and story interactions.
• Use graphic design tools to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
• Drive organic reach and engagement with innovative content formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals (e.g., bookings, sales).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media in the aesthetics or beauty field.
• Proficient in graphic design with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong proficiency in English.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors.
• Strong creativity and ability to deliver trendy and engaging visuals and stories.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management within the aesthetics, beauty, cosmetic, dermatology, or healthcare sector.

Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

Experience in creating reels, stories, short-form videos, and engaging visual content.

Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, content strategies, and audience behavior.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with paid advertising campaigns is an advantage.
