Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to promote and generate leads for automated car parking systems The candidate will work directly in the field to identify potential clients such as demonstrate parking automation solutions, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, and residential societies to promote automated car parking solutions.
- Identify and generate new business leads for smart parking and parking automation systems.
- Explain product features, benefits, and automation technology to potential customers.
- Arrange product demonstrations and presentations for property developers and facility managers.
- Collect market information on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and facility managers.
- Support the sales team in follow-ups, quotations, and closing deals.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and customer feedback.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns related to smart mobility and parking technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
- 1–3 years experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (parking systems, real estate, automation, or construction industry preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic understanding of automation systems or smart parking technology is a plus.
