The Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager who knows how to build more than just followers.
You understand how to turn content into community, and community into customers. You’ve done it before — and can prove it.
This role is for someone who can own strategy and execution across multiple brands, driving growth, engagement and revenue through social.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building and executing social strategies that grow following and engagement
- Turning audiences into loyal communities (not passive viewers)
- Creating and overseeing high-performing content that converts
- Managing and optimising TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts
- Driving revenue through social commerce:
- Meta (Stories, DMs, ad-driven sales)
- Identifying viral opportunities — but more importantly, converting that attention into followers and customers
- Working closely with creators, UGC, and internal teams to deliver consistent output
- Analysing performance and optimising for ROI, not vanity metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of:
- Growing social followings
- Building engaged communities
- Driving sales through social media
- Strong experience with:
- TikTok (organic + Shop)
- Instagram (growth + monetisation)
- YouTube (short-form + strategy)
- Clear understanding of social commerce and conversion-driven content
- Ability to think beyond “going viral” — and focus on retention, loyalty and repeat engagement
- Experience with Toys & Games
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong strategic thinking — you understand brands, audiences and buying behaviour
- Experience in supplements, wellness or beauty is highly desirable
- Confident managing multiple accounts and moving at paceWhat Success Looks Like
