Full-Time Remote Social Media Manager & Video Editor

Role Summary
- Position: Social Media Manager & Video Editor
- Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week, fully remote
- Working Hours: Requires a daily overlap with Singapore Time (SGT) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
- Commencement: ASAP, starting with a 6-month probation period
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing (~60% of Time)
- High-Volume Production: Edit short-form videos at scale using locked TAD templates and AI-assisted workflows.
- AI Integration: Sync AI-generated voiceovers (Higgsfield Audio MP3s) with AI-generated and real footage.
- Audio Management: Mute or replace baked-in audio and incorporate appropriate background music.
- Brand Alignment: Burn in on-screen text overlays and auto-captions strictly following TAD's brand style guide. Long-Form Content: Occasionally edit YouTube long-form videos (2–5 minute cuts focusing on processes or project tours).
- Scalability: Output is expected to increase as you master the company's AI toolkit.
2. Social Media Management (~40% of Time)
- Multi-Platform Management: Manage and post content on TikTok, Instagram (Feed, Reels, and Stories), Facebook, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu.
- Platform Optimization: Adapt each video's format and caption length to suit specific platform requirements
- Scheduling: Schedule posts to go live during SGT peak times for each platform.
- Community Management: Respond to comments within 24 hours using TAD's brand voice guide, and escalate project-related DMs to the founder.
- Analytics & Trends: Track basic performance metrics weekly (views, saves, follows, DM volume) and perform hashtag/trend research.
- Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized asset library on Google Drive.
Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills
- Short-Form Video: 3+ years of experience editing short-form social video (e.g., TikTok, Reels).
- Software Expertise: CapCut expert (both mobile and desktop applications).
- Account Management: 1+ year managing brand social media accounts across TikTok, IG, FB, or YouTube.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating brand-consistent, episodic/series work rather than one-off creative pieces.
- Tools: Proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Drive, and Notion.
Operational Requirements
- Communication: Excellent written English and reliable communication skills.
- Turnaround: Ability to consistently hit a 24-hour turnaround time for first-draft video edits.
- Infrastructure: A stable high-speed internet connection and a capable, reliable workstation.
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
