This is a 360-degree role designed for a "T-shaped" professional—someone possessing deep expertise in a specific vertical (such as SEO or Social Media Strategy) while maintaining a broad, functional understanding of the entire marketing and sales funnel. The successful candidate will act as the strategic bridge between creative content production, technical growth hacking, and human-centric sales support.

Track A: Marketing and Operations Intern

Track B: Freelance Marketing Specialist / Consultant

4. Comprehensive Scope of Responsibilities

A. Social Media and Viral Brand Strategy

• Platform Management: Managing and scaling our presence on Instagram (Reels), TikTok, Facebook, and LINE Official (L-Step).
• Multimedia Production: Researching global trends, scripting, filming, and editing high-fidelity short-form video content tailored to students and parents.
• Community Engagement: Cultivating a global community through active listening and personalized, high-standard hospitality.

B. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Performance Marketing

• Technical SEO: Conducting deep keyword research to identify untapped niches within the international education market.
• Conversion Copywriting: Developing blog content and landing pages in multiple languages that achieve high search engine rankings.
• Data Analytics: Utilizing Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to analyze the "Student Journey" from initial acquisition to final enrollment.

C. Sales Operations and Global Liaison

• Lead Pipeline Management: Handling initial inquiries with a high standard of hospitality and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
• International Coordination: Acting as a primary liaison between our headquarters and partner institutions/NGOs across North America, Oceania, Europe, and Asia.
• CRM Management: Ensuring meticulous data integrity and follow-up sequences via our digital CRM and L-Step tools.

D. AI Implementation and Workflow Engineering

• Generative AI Integration: Utilizing ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to accelerate creative brainstorming and content production.
