Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist
Duroplastic Head Office is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, digital marketing, and social media engagement, and who can transform ideas into compelling marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design high-quality marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
- Create brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional content.
- Develop engaging visual content for websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media channels.
- Ensure all designs align with company branding and visual identity standards.
- Motion graphics and video editing
Digital Marketing
- Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and optimize content across digital platforms.
- Manage website content and ensure information remains current and engaging.
- Support SEO, email marketing, online advertising, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Social Media Management
- Manage the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media channels daily and respond professionally to comments, messages, reviews, and customer enquiries.
- Track audience engagement, monitor online conversations, and manage customer feedback.
- Generate performance reports and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop marketing content that effectively communicates the company's products and services.
- Liaise with external suppliers, printers, agencies, and service providers when required.
- Marketing stock management
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years' experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and marketing projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva and Corel Draw
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, social media analytics, and content management systems.
- Photography, videography, and video-editing skills will be advantageous.
- 3D design and visualization will be advantageous.
- Drivers licence
