We are looking for a hands-on creative who can combine strong graphic design skills with content creation experience, including simple in-house product photography, casual social video capture, lifestyle shoot coordination, and basic editing in CapCut, Premiere, or Rush. In our lean, entrepreneurial environment, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact across the customer experience while supporting e-commerce, digital marketing, and social channels. Studio-level production experience is not required.

Job Overview
Nobol is seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Creator with strong digital and e-commerce experience to help shape and elevate our brand across online marketplaces, marketing campaigns, and social channels. This role is primarily responsible for designing high-performing creative assets for e-commerce, digital marketing, and brand communications, while also supporting the development of social media content. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, broad creative exposure, and the ability to make visible contributions inside a growing, entrepreneurial business.
The ideal candidate brings strong visual design skills, understands how creative work supports conversion and brand growth, and collaborates effectively with marketing partners in a fast-moving environment. This role will help shape how customers discover, understand, and connect with Nobol across Amazon, Shopify, Google, social platforms, and key retail marketplaces.
This role works closely with the marketing team and other cross-functional partners to support brand growth across digital channels.
What You’ll Help Drive
· Create high-impact visual assets that improve visibility, engagement, and conversion across digital commerce platforms
· Strengthen Nobol’s brand consistency across marketplaces, email, social media, web, and other digital customer touchpoints
· Partner closely with marketing to support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing optimization of our online presence
Key Responsibilities
· Design digital assets for e-commerce, marketing, and brand communications, including product imagery, infographics, banners, storefront assets, campaign graphics, presentations, and promotional materials
· Create and optimize marketplace creative for Amazon, Shopify, Google, and retail platforms, adapting content to channel-specific requirements while maintaining brand consistency
· Translate product features, benefits, and brand messaging into clear, persuasive visual storytelling that resonates with active adults ages 55+
· Collaborate with social media and e-commerce marketing partners to support campaigns, promotions, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives
· Capture simple in-house product photography and basic video content, and help coordinate occasional lifestyle shoots to support e-commerce, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling
· Support social media content development by creating brand-aligned graphics and producing short-form visual content for digital channels, including basic photography and video capture when needed
· Maintain high standards for typography, layout, image quality, file organization, and production readiness across all deliverables
· Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while contributing ideas, incorporating feedback, and collaborating well across teams
Required Experience & Qualifications
· 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in consumer products, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a fast-paced brand environment
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and ideally Lightroom
· Hands-on experience with simple product photography, casual social video capture, and basic editing for digital marketing, social content, or e-commerce use
· Experience creating assets for Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces, with a strong understanding of conversion-focused design and platform-specific requirements
· Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, image hierarchy, and visual storytelling for digital channels
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
· A strong portfolio that demonstrates brand-building work, e-commerce creative, product marketing, and campaign design
Preferred Skills
· Experience creating assets for social media, including short-form digital content
· Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools
· Experience working with health, wellness, fitness, sports, or consumer lifestyle brands
· Comfort supporting occasional social content needs beyond static design work
· Experience working in a small brand, entrepreneurial, or fast-moving in-house creative environment is a plus

You will be successful in this role if you consistently deliver high-quality creative work on time, strengthen brand consistency across digital channels, and help support e-commerce and marketing initiatives with visually compelling, conversion-minded design. Location, Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
This position is based in our Yorba Linda, California office and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
