Group Marketing Executive

Job Description
Join our group marketing team and play a key role in executing group-wide campaigns, creating impactful content, and driving brand engagement across our business units. You will manage marketing initiatives, produce promotional materials, and support cross-functional projects that enhance customer acquisition, brand synergy, and stakeholder loyalty. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to diverse, high-level marketing activities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver meaningful, unified results.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategic initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention across multiple business units.
- Brand Development: Assist in driving group brand awareness through the maintenance of brand guidelines and the monitoring of the public’s perception, fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- Collateral Production: Support the end-to-end production of marketing and promotional materials, inclusive of the respective marketing templates and assets for business units.
- Asset Maintenance: Update advertising copy, performance reports, and corporate presentations for the marketing department.
- Content Creation: By critically analysing trends on social media platforms, produce and edit engaging and relevant content. Experience in Search Engine Optimization and content marketing.
- Marketing Calendar: Based on trends, strategize and implement yearly marketing calendars that showcase brand identity, uniqueness, and innovation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments from multiple business units, engaging in group-wide knowledge sharing for smooth task completion.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication alongside relationship-building skills.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, creative, adaptive, and highly organized.
- Teamwork: Able to work effectively and efficiently in a group setting.
- Office Tools: High proficiency in Mircosoft 365 applications (Sharepoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.,)
- Creative Tools: Practical proficiency in creative software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe CC, etc.,).
- Digital Savvy: Deeply familiar with current social media platforms, scheduling tools, and algorithms.
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,700.00 per month
