Growth Marketing Specialist will work closely with the founders to support the rapid growth of the business through data-driven marketing initiatives, AI-powered automation, lead generation systems, and process optimization. The role combines growth marketing, AI implementation, business automation, and performance analysis to create measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Growth Marketing & Performance Management

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems.
Recommend data-driven improvements to marketing initiatives.

2. AI Agent Development & Automation

Design, build, and optimize AI agents to support business operations.
Develop AI-powered workflows for sales, marketing, customer support, and internal processes.
Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and related platforms.
Create automated systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems where appropriate.

3. Lead Generation & Data Intelligence

Build automated lead generation systems and prospect databases.
Develop AI agents capable of gathering publicly available business information.
Research and identify target companies and decision-makers.
Enrich lead data with relevant contact and business information.
Maintain accurate and organized prospecting databases.

4. Marketing Technology & Process Optimization

Evaluate and implement marketing technology solutions.
Automate repetitive marketing and operational processes.
Improve workflow efficiency through AI and automation tools.
Document processes and establish scalable operating procedures.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.

5. AI Application Development

Build and maintain lightweight applications using AI development platforms such as Claude Code and similar tools.
Prototype internal tools that improve productivity and business performance.
Test, refine, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to identify new application opportunities.

6. Research & Innovation

Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, tools, and automation trends.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Identify new opportunities for business growth through technology adoption.
Recommend innovative solutions that provide measurable business value.
