About the roleTechMagic is launching a new venture builder direction focused on creating and scaling B2B SaaS products. We use our own products in our day-to-day work, which gives us a unique perspective on what it means to build software that actually solves real problems.We're looking for our first Head of Product & Growth who will fully own our products - its strategy, growth, and business outcome. You are someone who thinks and acts like a founder - testing hypotheses, iterating fast, making data-driven decisions, and owning the outcome.You should be confident in both Product management and Product marketing, as you will handle both hands-on, without a dedicated marketing team behind you.What You'll OwnProduct & MarketDeep understanding of your market: competitors, niches, customer signalsICP definition, JTBD frameworks, product-market fit hypothesesRoadmap influence: feature proposals based on market insightsDecision-making: launch, pivot, or kill a directionDay-to-day collaboration with the dev team: writing specs, prioritizing backlog, reviewing builds, unblocking deliveryPositioning & MarketingMessaging, value proposition, and landing page narrative for your productGo-to-market strategy for new features and pricing experimentsHands-on execution of customer acquisition: running and optimizing paid and organic channels using AI-powered marketing toolsBuilding and iterating on landing pages, onboarding flows, marketing campaigns, and conversion assets - independently, with a modern AI stack.Growth & MonetizationFull ownership of MRR, conversion, retention, and churnNorth-star metrics definition and funnel hypothesesExperimentation loops: test β data β decision β scaleBudget & ResourcesAutonomous management of ad budgets within approved limitsPreparation of investment proposals for the Board of DirectorsWho We're Looking ForWe're open to four candidate profiles:Marketer / Product Manager - strong marketing foundation with product management experienceProduct Manager / Marketer - product thinking with a solid go-to-market skillsetProduct Marketing Lead/Head - experience launching and driving products with full ownership of resultsFormer Founder - experience launching a product, comfortable operating within a structured environmentWhat matters most: entrepreneurial mindset, ability to iterate fast, and readiness to own results.
