We're looking for someone who understands cannabis culture, social media, content creation, and community engagement. This isn't a desk job where you schedule a few posts and call it a day. We need someone who lives the lifestyle, stays on top of trends, attends events, creates content, and helps tell our story every day.
If you're the person constantly filming content, spotting trends before everyone else, and building communities online and in person, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content for Instagram and emerging platforms
- Capture photos and videos inside the dispensary and at community events
- Create reels, stories, short-form videos, and promotional content
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Schedule and publish daily content
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer engagement
- Attend local events, vendor pop-ups, product launches, and community activities
- Work closely with management and vendors to promote products, events, and special offers
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Track social media performance and provide monthly reporting
- Stay current on social media trends, cannabis regulations, and content best practices
- Assist with email marketing, customer engagement campaigns, and loyalty initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Passion for cannabis culture and the industry
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social platforms
- Experience creating high-quality photo and video content
- Comfortable appearing on camera and interviewing customers, staff, and vendors
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools
- Organized and able to manage posting schedules and multiple projects
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of creativity
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed
Bonus Points
- Experience working in cannabis
- Photography or videography experience
- Graphic design skills
- Existing social media portfolio
- Knowledge of cannabis products and brands
- Experience managing influencer relationships
