HOA Community Manager
Established, busy, family-owned Salt Lake area Property Management Company seeks a full-time in office HOA Community Manager to manage several HOA communities with their respective boards. One to two years of experience preferred. Benefits after 60 days.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of property operations for a portfolio of HOA community
associations with a team and respective HOA boards.
-Supervise monthly and quarterly management reports and prepare annual budgets
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to address any concerns or complaints in a
timely manner.
Qualifications
Experience as a HOA Property Manager preferred. Professional, energetic and efficient individual with excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with HOA Boards.. Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must be reliable with a proven work ethic and employment history. Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Maintain a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Knowledge of HOA property management principles and practices a plus. Experience with property management software a plus. Requires a flexible evening schedule to accommodate occasional board meetings. Must have valid Driver License Background Check required with position offer.
