HOA Community Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee a homeowners association (HOA) community in Aledo and Cresson, TX. This role is responsible for daily operations, homeowner relations, and working closely with the Board of Directors to maintain a well-managed community.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HOA operations
• Act as liaison between Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors
• Enforce CC&Rs, bylaws, and community rules
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and board meeting materials
• Attend board meetings (including occasional evenings)
• Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HOA or property management experience preferred
• Knowledge of HOA operations and Texas Property Code preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Location:
On-site in Aubrey / Pilot Point Area

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
