Majestic Touch Home Care Services is seeking motivated, energetic, and outgoing Community Outreach Marketers to help expand our home care services throughout New York City and Nassau County.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, networking within the healthcare community, and making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and individuals in need of home care services.
As a Community Outreach Marketer, you will serve as the face of our agency by developing referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, senior centers, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, MLTCs, and community organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations.
- Promote agency services and educate referral sources about available home care programs.
- Attend community events, networking events, and health fairs.
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective referral sources and community partners.
- Maintain accurate outreach and activity reports.
- Represent the agency professionally at all times.
- Assist with community education and awareness initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, community outreach, sales, customer service, or business development.
- Knowledge of Medicaid, MLTCs, PACE programs, and home care services.
- Existing relationships within the healthcare community.
- Bilingual English/Haitian Creole or English/Spanish
