In-House Content Creator (Livestream Host & Short-Form Video Creator)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative In-House Content Creator to lead our livestream selling and short-form video content across Mom & Baby and Household Care categories. This role combines on-camera hosting, storytelling, and content production to drive engagement, brand trust, and sales across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
1. Livestream Hosting & Sales
· Host engaging and high-converting livestream sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Facebook Live
· Demonstrate products (e.g., baby care, feeding, hygiene, household essentials) in a clear, informative, and relatable way
· Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and drive conversions
· Collaborate with the marketing team on livestream scripts, promos, and campaigns
· Monitor livestream performance and continuously improve hosting approach
2. Short-Form Content Creation
· Conceptualize, script, and create short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) aligned with brand strategy
· Produce content that educates, entertains, and converts (e.g., product demos, hacks, mom tips, reviews)
· Stay on top of trends and adapt them to the Mom & Baby and Household Care categories
· Shoot and edit videos using mobile or basic production tools
3. Content Planning & Execution
· Work with the marketing team to plan weekly/monthly content calendars
· Ensure content aligns with brand voice, key messages, and campaigns
· Maintain consistency in posting and content quality
4. Product & Audience Understanding
· Develop strong knowledge of products, ingredients, usage, and benefits
· Understand the needs and behaviors of moms, caregivers, and household decision-makers
· Create content that builds trust and credibility with the target audience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
Proven experience as a content creator, livestream host, or influencer (especially in e-commerce)
Comfortable and confident on camera with strong communication skills
Experience in TikTok, Shopee, or Facebook content creation and livestreaming is highly preferred
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or similar tools)
Creative, trend-aware, and able to adapt quickly
Strong understanding of Mom & Baby or Household Care products is a plus
