We're looking for an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and scale
our creator ecosystem.
This role is responsible for sourcing creators, managing partnerships, generating
creator content, and helping transform creator marketing into a meaningful
customer acquisition channel.
This is not a social media manager role.
This is not a public relations role.
This is not a celebrity influencer role.
This is a growth-focused creator partnerships role.
What You'll Do
Build Creator Partnerships
- Identify and recruit creators that align with the SnackCrate brand
- Build relationships with creators, agencies, and affiliate partners
- Manage outreach, negotiations, and partnership agreements
- Develop long-term creator relationships
- Expand SnackCrate's creator network across multiple platforms
Manage Creator Campaigns
- Coordinate creator marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Develop creator briefs and campaign requirements
- Coordinate product shipments and campaign logistics
- Track deliverables and deadlines
- Ensure content meets campaign objectives and quality standards
Generate High-Quality Creator Content
- Develop systems that consistently produce creator-generated content
- Identify content that can be repurposed for paid advertising
- Coordinate content collection and organization
- Partner with the Creative Director and Creative Strategist on content direction
- Work with the Creative Producer to ensure creator assets are integrated into
campaigns
Support Customer Acquisition
- Partner with the Performance Marketing Lead to identify content suitable for
paid media
- Manage creator whitelisting and Spark Ad opportunities
- Support affiliate and creator code programs
- Evaluate creator performance beyond vanity metrics
- Help identify creators that generate meaningful business results
Reporting & Analysis
- Track creator performance and campaign results
- Measure content production effectiveness
- Evaluate creator partnerships against business goals
- Provide recommendations for future investments
- Help build a scalable creator acquisition strategy

Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate
marketing, talent management, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing partnerships and negotiations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Ecommerce experience
- Experience working with consumer brands
- Experience managing creator campaigns
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
- Experience with affiliate programs
- Understanding of paid social advertising
- Experience securing usage rights and creator licensing agreements
- Subscription business experience

What This Role Is Not
This role is not responsible for:
- Managing paid media budgets
- Editing videos
- Graphic design
- Community management
- Scheduling organic social media content
- Public relations outreach
- Celebrity talent management
Instead, this role focuses on building creator relationships, generating content,
and creating a scalable creator acquisition engine.
Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
