Information Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high‑profile projects within a regulated and fast‑paced environment. Successful candidates will join a collaborative team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of delivering quality, compliance, and operational excellence to clients portfolios, programmes and projects.<br><br>Developing strategies, standards and management plans and leading delivery of the Information Management (IM) discipline for projects/programmes, to ensure efficient information management and successful project/programmes.<br><br>Ownership of the IM project and project outcomes, key stakeholder relationships, and both direct, and indirect, line management.<br><br>Understanding, developing and implementing processes described within ISO19650 including how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery.<br><br><strong>You’ll Be Responsible For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Defines and delivers IM strategies, standards (inc. ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes. </li><li>Establishes and manages the project/programme IM function following the strategy, standards and processes set. </li><li>Trains and coaches project/programme colleagues in IM practices and processes and drives awareness and continuous improvement. </li><li>Manages the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored. </li><li>Manages and provides leadership to a team of direct and indirect reports, ensuring the principles, structures, tools/capabilities and responsibilities are in place to deliver area plans and deliver excellence. </li><li>Provides comprehensive technical and functional expertise, contributing to global digital centre of excellence including knowledge, processes, case studies. </li><li>Delivers to bids in terms of IM strategies and solutions. </li><li>Coordinates the set up, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE). </li><li>Develops and implements processes as outlined within ISO19650, including defining how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery. </li><li>Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.<br><br></li></ul><strong>You’ll Need To Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>+5 years’s of relevant experience.</li><li>Information Management leadership experience across a number of projects/programmes.
