Remote | Full-Time | $10-$15/hour

Pro Work is a premium design-build remodeling company serving Central Florida. We specialize in high-end kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations with a strong focus on craftsmanship, communication, and client experience.

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer & Content Creator VA who can help bring our remodeling projects to life through both design and visual storytelling.

This is a unique hybrid role for someone who enjoys both residential design and creating engaging content that showcases beautiful work.

What You'll Do

Interior Design

• Develop kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home designs in Chief Architect and Pro Kitchen
• Produce photorealistic renderings, VR experiences, and browser-based walkthroughs that bring projects to life
• Build accurate plans, elevations, and 3D models clients can actually visualize
• Select finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, and materials that fit each project's budget and style
• Collaborate with our sales and production teams to keep design and build aligned

Social Media & Content

• Capture project photos and video - before, during, and after
• Edit and produce content for Instagram, Facebook, and our website
• Build a consistent posting rhythm that grows our brand and drives leads
• Help shape the visual story of who Pro Work is

Software & Tools

3D Rendering & Design

• Chief Architect (must have or similar)
• Pro Kitchen (Nice to have)Revit (Nice to have)
• VORTEK Spaces (Nice to have)
• D5 Render (Nice to have)
• Enscape (Nice to have)
• Twinmotion (Nice to have)

VR & Walkthrough

• Twinmotion (VR + browser walkthroughs) (Nice to have)
• Enscape (real-time VR) (Nice to have)
• Shapespark (browser-based 3D walkthroughs) (Nice to have)

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Chief Architect and Pro Kitchen (required)
• Working knowledge of one or more rendering/VR tools above (a strong plus)
• A strong design eye and a portfolio that proves it
• Comfortable shooting and editing photo/video content (CapCut, Lightroom, or similar a plus)
• Organized, self-directed, and able to juggle design deadlines with a content calendar
• Construction or remodeling industry experience preferred

Compensation

• $10-$15 per hour depending on experience, portfolio quality, and software proficiency
