Position Overview
The Inventory Acquisition & Community Partnerships Specialist is responsible for helping All Out Smash grow through:
- Inventory sourcing and acquisition
- Community partnership development
- Corporate outreach
- Event generation
- Relationship building
- Business networking
This is a results-driven role with significant upside for the right person.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position as the company continues to expand.
What You’ll Do
Inventory Acquisition & Sourcing
Develop relationships with:
- Schools
- Hotels
- Apartment Communities
- Property Management Companies
- Office Buildings
- Corporate Offices
- Liquidation Companies
- Recycling Centers
- Nonprofit Organizations
- Government Agencies
- Electronics Recyclers
- Warehouse Facilities
Responsibilities include:
- Securing recurring inventory donation sources
- Coordinating inventory pickups
- Identifying surplus office equipment, electronics, glassware, ceramics, printers, monitors, and approved breakable inventory
- Building long-term sourcing partnerships
- Helping reduce inventory acquisition costs for the business
Community Partnerships
Build relationships with:
- Schools
- Youth Organizations
- Sports Teams
- Churches
- Chambers of Commerce
- Networking Groups
- Community Organizations
- Nonprofits
- Local Businesses
The goal is to create ongoing partnerships that benefit both organizations and All Out Smash while generating awareness, referrals, and event opportunities.
Corporate & Group Event Development
Identify, develop, and secure:
- Corporate Team Building Events
- Company Parties
- Holiday Parties
- School Outings
- Fundraisers
- Sports Team Events
- Networking Events
- Community Events
- Large Group Bookings
You will actively seek opportunities to bring new business into All Out Smash.
Performance Expectations
This is a results-driven position.
We care more about results than hours worked.
Weekly Goals
- 100 outbound calls
- 50 outreach emails
- 15 in-person visits
- 10 qualified leads added to pipeline
- 5 face-to-face meetings
- 1 new sourcing or partnership opportunity identified
Monthly Goals
- 2 recurring inventory partnerships secured
- 2 truckloads of inventory sourced
- 2 partnership agreements established
- 2 event bookings generated or secured
Compensation
Base Pay
- $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
Inventory Bonuses
- $50 for each new recurring inventory source secured
- $100 for each full truckload of inventory sourced
Monthly Performance Bonus
- $250 monthly bonus for achieving performance goals
Event Commission Structure
First 90 Days
- 5% commission on all booked and completed events directly sourced and secured by you
After 90 Days
- 7% commission on all booked and completed events directly sourced and secured by you
Examples:
- $5,000 event = $250–$350 commission
- $10,000 event = $500–$700 commission
- $15,000 event = $750–$1,050 commission
No cap on commissions.
Commission applies only to new business opportunities generated through your direct outreach, networking, partnership development, referrals, or community engagement efforts.
