What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)
You will manage the daily marketing execution and client touchpoints for a portfolio of 20–30 dental practices.
- Platform Execution: Actively manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Business Profiles (Local SEO), and review/reputation management tools.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for your practices via fast, professional email communication and phone calls.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep a pulse on client metrics using Google Analytics and HubSpot to ensure campaigns are driving real business results (patient bookings).
- Growth & Strategy: (Over your first 6 months) Shadow senior team members to learn the dental industry inside and out, gradually building the confidence to lead monthly strategy and reporting Zoom calls independently.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- The Basics: You have a foundational understanding of digital media and a basic grasp of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Tech Literacy: Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and preferably have some familiarity with HubSpot (or a strong willingness to learn it fast).
- The Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, adaptable, and naturally curious. You don't panic when you don't know the answer; you look for solutions.
- Extreme Ownership: You take pride in your work. If a mistake happens, you own it, fix it, and learn from it.
- Organization & Speed: Managing 20–30 accounts requires top-tier time management. You love checklists, zeroed-out inboxes, and fast response times.
- Location Flexibility: You must be legally authorized to work in the US. While 100% remote, you must be comfortable aligning your working hours closely with Central Standard Time (CST).
