As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: <ul><li>You serve as the primary legal contact for our group companies and business units, with a focus on energy and e-mobility.</li><li>You advise on the drafting and negotiation of national and international supply and distribution agreements in the e-mobility sector.</li><li>You review and negotiate Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts related to e-mobility.</li><li>You provide legal support for the launch and distribution of new products within the e-mobility business unit.</li><li>You support market entry activities, including coordination with external legal advisors.</li><li>You develop legal structuring options for new business areas.</li><li>You provide legal guidance on special projects of strategic importance across the group.</li><li>You independently manage your workflows and take full ownership of legal matters. </li></ul>What makes you stand out <ul><li>You hold both German state law examinations, ideally with honors.</li><li>You have gained experience in Commercial Law, Energy Regulation, or E-Mobility (however, we explicitly welcome applications from recent graduates as well).</li><li>You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across various departments and have a strong interest in commercial topics and economic contexts.</li><li>You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, process-driven approach, and assertiveness.</li><li>You possess business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).</li><li>You are highly organized, proactive, and committed.</li><li>You work independently and proactively, and your empathetic, persuasive, and confident personality completes your profile. </li></ul>We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
