Junior Marketing/ Business Development Executive

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.
• Manage key customer accounts, handling invoicing, complaints, and shipment updates.
• Update customer contracts regularly and oversee shipment scheduling and bookings.
• Create invoices and introduce new products to existing clients.
• Prepare monthly sales reports based on shipment data and provide regular order status updates.

Job Type: Full-time
