K-Beauty Brand Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a K-Beauty Brand Manager to manage and grow Korean beauty brands in the Philippines market.
As the local exclusive distributor and market operator, our role is to drive local business growth, marketing execution, e-commerce performance, and channel coordination, while the Korean brand principals lead global brand strategy and product development.
This role will act as the local business owner for assigned Korean brands, translating brand directions and product assets from Korea into effective local marketing plans and measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the local business performance of assigned Korean beauty brands in the Philippines.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, social media, influencer/KOL, affiliate, livestream, and offline channels.
- Work with E-commerce teams on platform campaigns, product listings, PDP optimization, bundles, vouchers, pricing, livestream support, and traffic plans.
- Track sales, product performance, channel performance, marketing spend, campaign results, stock status, and profitability.
- Manage local product portfolio performance, including hero SKUs, new launches, growth products, and slow-moving SKUs.
- Support product launch execution, including launch calendar, product focus, selling messages, channel priorities, and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with Korean brand principals on product information, brand guidelines, marketing assets, launch timelines, and campaign support.
- Share local market feedback, campaign results, consumer feedback, and business updates with management and brand partners.
- Act as the central coordinator across E-commerce, Content, Creative, Influencer, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
- Ensure campaigns, assets, stock, product pages, and promotional plans are ready and aligned before launch.
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, e-commerce, category management, product marketing, or business management.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, cosmetics, FMCG, or consumer goods is preferred.
- Experience handling imported brands, distributor brands, K-beauty brands, or multi-brand beauty portfolios is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, livestream, affiliate, or marketplace campaigns is preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Able to understand sales data, product performance, campaign results, and business reports.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong interest in K-beauty, skincare trends, and beauty consumer behavior.

- Hero SKUs and priority products grow across e-commerce channels.
- Product pages, campaign assets, and selling messages are localized and optimized.
