Lab Chemist Environmental

Required BSc / MSc chemistry with 1 year plus experience in lab work of environmental companies.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis of:
- Drinking water
- Groundwater and surface water
- Wastewater and effluent samples
- Solid waste, sludge, and environmental samples
- Conduct testing for parameters such as:
- pH, TDS, TSS, BOD, COD
- Heavy metals
- Nutrients (Nitrate, Phosphate, Ammonia)

-Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including:
- UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer)
- ICP-OES / ICP-MS
- HPLC
- GC / GC-MS
- TOC Analyzer

- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation according to ISO 17025 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, laboratory safety procedures, and quality management systems.
- Investigate non-conforming results and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with field sampling teams and project managers regarding sample collection and analysis requirements.
- Support environmental monitoring, waste management, and sustainability projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
