<p><strong>Overview </strong></p><p><br></p><p>You will join a high-growth international business focused on building a <strong>large-scale network of ultra-fast EV charging infrastructure across Europe</strong>, powered by renewable energy such as solar and wind.</p><p><br></p><p>The organisation is scaling quickly and is focused on delivering a reliable and seamless charging experience to support the transition to clean mobility.</p><p>Operating across multiple European markets, the company combines strong commercial growth with a clear sustainability mission. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the network by identifying and securing high-impact locations and building long-term partnerships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and secure <strong>prime locations</strong> for EV charging infrastructure across Germany</li><li>Manage the full acquisition lifecycle from <strong>site identification through to contract completion</strong> (lease or purchase agreements)</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with <strong>landowners, developers, retailers, and public authorities</strong></li><li>Work closely with internal teams such as <strong>legal, technical, and design</strong> to move projects forward</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong regional network to support long-term expansion</li><li>Track market developments and assess their impact on expansion strategy</li><li>Support the improvement and structuring of internal acquisition and development processes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Around <strong>3+ years’ experience</strong>, ideally within <strong>real estate, land acquisition, or development</strong></li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders</li><li>Proven ability to <strong>negotiate and close deals</strong></li><li>Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership</li><li>Interest in <strong>energy, infrastructure, or mobility</strong></li><li>Fluent in <strong>German (native level)</strong> and <strong>English</strong></li><li>Familiarity with tools such as CRM, mapping, or analytics systems is beneficial</li><li>Based in or near <strong>Cologne</strong>, with willingness to travel regularly across Germany</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives (including long-term reward schemes)</li><li>Access to a <strong>fully electric company car or shared fleet</strong></li><li>Annual <strong>learning & development budget (€3,000)</strong></li><li>Flexible working hours and hybrid working setup</li><li>Full travel expense coverage</li><li>High-quality equipment (laptop and phone options)</li><li>Daily lunch, snacks, and office perks</li><li>Access to wellbeing support, coaching, and fitness memberships</li><li>Regular team events, international trips, and social activities</li><li>Strong focus on personal and professional growth</li></ul>
