We are now looking for a talented Manager, Marketing & Promotions to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Promotions, the incumbent will assist in running a wide range of marketing and promotions activities for Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung. You will play a key role in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, particularly in the areas of event management, public relations, and advertising, to reinforce and further enhance the brand image and leading position of the complex.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of marketing professionals to deliver innovative marketing campaigns and promotional programmes for Citygate Outlets
- Develop strategic plans and oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including festive decorations, thematic initiatives, and sales-driven programmes, ensuring alignment with project KPIs and business objectives
- Manage and collaborate with appointed agencies to create impactful branding, PR, and communication materials that elevate the brand positioning of Citygate Outlets
- Oversee in-mall promotional activities, third-party exhibitions, and events, ensuring operational excellence and seamless execution
- Identify, liaise and secure strategic collaboration opportunities with tenants and external partners to drive footfall and enhance customer engagement
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, as well as develop marketing plans and post-campaign evaluation reports to measure effectiveness and optimise future initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in brand marketing, communications, sales promotions, events and partnership
- Experienced in working with agencies of different scopes such as creative agency, advertising agency, PR agency and event production house
- Good project management, interpersonal, time management, presentation and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative, independent, well-organized and results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with all-round marketing experience in shopping mall or retail industry would be highly preferred
