Manager - Paid Media
- Lead digital media strategy & planning for branding campaigns
- Build full-funnel media plans with focus on Reach, Frequency, Video Views, and Engagement
- Define audience strategy, platform mix, and budget allocation
- Provide strategic inputs on creatives (formats, messaging, duration, platform fit)
- Evaluate plans using cost benchmarks (CPM, CPV, CPC trends)
- Align with stakeholders on brand objectives and KPIs
- Analyze campaign data to derive brand and audience insights
- Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and scale
- Briefing partners / vendors and getting media plan from them
Ideal Profile:
- Strong experience in digital media planning for branding campaigns
- Understanding of platform roles (Meta, YouTube, Display, Programmatic) & non biddable channels like News, OTT etc
