The Position
- Formulate and manage a portfolio of corporate clients within the assigned business segments/ target markets, covering Sustainability, Entertainment, Lifestyle and Education, etc.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of business operation and practices, industry dynamics, market trend, innovation needs and translate them into business opportunities
- Identify and collect business problem statements from corporate clients to create a comprehensive database of business opportunities that fosters an ecosystem where top innovative solution providers and/or tech ventures collaborate to deliver holistic solutions
- Collaborate with technology companies on their go-to-market strategies to help expand their business footprint as well as secure proof-of-concept (PoC), pilots projects and business deals to local and overseas market
- Organize a range of different events and activities including demo days, industry-based acceleration programmes, business matching, channel sales, etc in order to drive technology adoption between corporate clients and tech ventures
- Constantly update CRM system to track progress toward goals
- Perform any other duties as assigned
The Candidate
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communication or other related disciplines
- 8 years of work experience, preferably in corporate major account management, business development
- Proven track record of project/product/solutions management
- Sound business acumen of corporate structures, basic business operations, taxation, and legal frameworks
- Experience in growing and retention of successful partnerships and enterprise accounts relationships
- Proven ability to develop partnership strategies and effective communication with senior executives
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work with different teams within the organisation
- Attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under pressure with tight schedule
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
