You will be working as a part of Growth team responsible for executing bank-wide strategies, managing relationships with key partners, and driving acquisition and revenue growth through innovative partnerships. This position requires a positive mindset, energetic and strong resilience, attention to details and good liaison skills, and a deep understanding of the Hong Kong market and consumer banking industry in general.

Who are we looking for?

Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships for different business lines, considering market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
- Formulate business cases, stimulate and analyse various financial scenarios
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and merchants from various industries
- Negotiate partnership contractual terms, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Daily liaison with partners, act as a bridge to connect partners and internal cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, legal, and compliance to execute campaigns and initiatives and ensure timely delivery of programs and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Daily performance tracking, analyse key performance metrics, such as account acquisition, activation, usage, and profitability, and implement necessary initiatives to optimize performance
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including products, marketing, operations, legal, compliance and technology teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, marketing, or a related field
- 5-10 years’ proven experience managing consumer banking programs, preferably co-brand cards, merchant spend campaigns or strategic partnerships
- Knowledge of the card and banking industry landscape, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability to independently own end-to-end campaign execution with minimal oversight
- Experience thriving in agile, flat organizational structures – equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute and articulating strategic viewpoints to senior leadership
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong numeric sense and able to stimulate and analyse financial cases
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese preferred
