MANDARIN BRAND MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, accelerate business growth, and expand market share across relevant channels and platforms
- Conduct in-depth analysis of target consumer behavior and market trends, translating key insights into clear, actionable directions for product development and brand positioning
- Lead and align cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Customer Service, and Livestream Operations — to achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets and uphold operational excellence across all e-commerce platforms
- Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, strategically leveraging social media, paid advertising, livestreaming, and other relevant channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, delivering regular analysis on brand health, market positioning, and overall sales effectiveness to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate closely and efficiently with Brand HQ teams, using Chinese as the primary language of communication, to ensure seamless alignment between regional initiatives and global marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or fashion product marketing; prior experience with bags or footwear brands is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and social commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a proven ability to leverage these channels for brand growth
- Business-fluent proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required, with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with China-based teams
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive results across cross-functional groups
- Keen fashion sensibility and deep market awareness, combined with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset for continuously optimizing product positioning and refining go-to-market strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
