Marketing Activations Executive
Singapore & Malaysia Food Service Cluster (Permanent Position)
The Trade Marketing Executive will support the development of the Singapore & Malaysia Food Service cluster across Savencia Gourmet and Dairy Food Service brands, with a strong focus on trade marketing activations, market intelligence, business analysis and brand development.
The role combines operational field exposure, customer understanding, analytical capabilities and strategic marketing support within the premium gastronomy and Food Service environment.
The position will work closely with Sales Managers, distributors, chefs and regional teams to support the growth, visibility and market positioning of brands including Valrhona, Norohy, Sosa, Adamance, Pariani, Carma, Elle & Vire, Corman, Lescure, Liberty Lane and related Food Service portfolio brands.
The role reports to the Country Manager Singapore &Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Brand Activations
- Plan, coordinate and execute trade marketing activities,customer activations, launches, demonstrations, trade shows and chefcollaborations across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Support the development, visibility and premiumpositioning of cross-category Gourmet and Dairy Food Service brands within themarket.
- Collaborate closely with distributors, chefs andcommercial teams to ensure strong market execution and customer engagement.
- Coordinate strategic events, trainings, customerexperiences and market activations for the Singapore & Malaysia cluster.
- Contribute to the development of activation strategiesadapted to local market dynamics, customer needs and business priorities.
- Support the creation and coordination of marketing tools,activation materials and commercial support assets when required.
Market Intelligence & Commercial Analysis
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor benchmarking andcustomer observations across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Monitor market trends, category evolution, customerbehaviour and competitor activities within the premium Food Service andgastronomy environment.
- Support price positioning analysis, price mapping andcompetitiveness tracking across brands and categories.
- Analyze market data, distributor feedback and customerinsights to identify business opportunities and support commercialrecommendations.
- Contribute to brand development initiatives and strategicgrowth opportunities across the cluster portfolio.
Business Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Support commercial and marketing analysis through Power BIand internal reporting tools.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports to monitor salesevolution, activation effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Measure and analyze ROI of trade marketing initiatives,events and activations.
- Support cluster business reviews, management presentationsand strategic reporting through data consolidation and performance analysis.
- Contribute to data-driven decision making and continuousimprovement of reporting visibility within the cluster.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales teams, chefs, distributors andmarketing stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of cluster initiatives.
- Coordinate operational follow-up linked to activations,customer projects and brand initiatives.
- Participate in key strategic projects linked to thedevelopment of the Singapore & Malaysia Food Service business.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Gourmet andDairy Food Service activities within the cluster.
