Marketing & Advertising Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Marketing & Advertising Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, implementing marketing infrastructure, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting customer acquisition efforts through data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong technical marketing skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to execute campaigns efficiently within established strategic frameworks. Responsibilities
- Execute and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across approved platforms, including Meta Ads and other relevant channels, in accordance with acquisition strategies and budget parameters established by management.
- Configure, implement, and maintain sales funnel structures, audience targeting frameworks, tracking integrations, and conversion event systems to ensure accurate campaign performance measurement.
- Monitor daily campaign performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and other key indicators, and prepare structured analytical reports for review by the Strategy & Growth Manager.
- Conduct structured A/B testing of advertising creatives, messaging variations, audience segments, and landing page elements within approved strategic guidelines to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other marketing personnel to ensure timely deployment of approved marketing assets in alignment with campaign schedules and launch timelines.
- Identify performance trends, optimization opportunities, and potential campaign risks through ongoing analysis of advertising data and platform insights.
- Maintain campaign documentation, reporting systems, and operational marketing processes to support scalable execution and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing automation workflows, lead tracking systems, and audience segmentation initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, preferably on Meta Ads and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, sales funnels, audience targeting methodologies, and conversion tracking systems.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms and performance reporting tools, including Google Analytics and advertising platform reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, campaign optimization techniques, and data-driven marketing decision-making.
- Knowledge of tracking implementation tools, pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution systems.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly through structured reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting processes.
- Experience working collaboratively with creative, content, and strategy teams in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, advertising platforms, and marketing technology systems relevant to campaign execution and optimization.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
