Pay: We offer a base salary of $60,000 – $65,000/year (negotiable based on experience) and an annual performance bonus tied to company and individual success.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR MARKETING AND BRAND MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST:
You will work full-time with a consistent schedule that supports collaboration with our campus leadership, admissions teams, and digital marketing agency. Your role will involve regular interaction with team members, participation in on-campus events, and hands-on campaign management across both digital and physical platforms.
YOUR ROLE AS A MARKETING AND BRAND MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST:
Each day, you will blend strategic planning with hands-on action, developing and executing campaigns that build our brand and attract future beauty professionals. You will leverage the latest in AI and digital marketing to create innovative initiatives across social media, email, paid media, and community outreach. Collaborating closely with campus leaders and our admissions team, you will ensure every campaign aligns with our unique brand identity. Your day will include monitoring analytics, refining strategies for optimal results, and working with vendors and our digital agency to maximize campaign impact. You will help manage content calendars, update the website with fresh blogs and features, and support recruitment events and open houses. Throughout, you will champion brand consistency, engage prospective students, and track campaign performance to share insights with leadership.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- 2+ years of marketing experience with both strategy and hands-on execution
- Proficiency in social media management, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram), analytics (Google Analytics, social insights), and use of multiple AI platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead-nurturing workflows
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative campaign development skills
- Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to measure ROI and present findings
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and vendor coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication with polished, professional presence
Preferred:
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, business, or related field (non-degree marketing training also considered)
- Experience in education, higher education, beauty/retail, or premium brands
