General Description
Little Tree Education is the premier multi-location Montessori school for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers on the Seacoast. The Marketing Manager(MM) is a creative and systems-oriented position responsible for wearing many hats! The MM serves as the steward of Little Tree Education’s brand, ensuring our mission of high-quality Montessori Education is communicated effectively across all platforms to attract like-minded families and maintain healthy enrollment levels.
The MM is expected to work independently and is responsible for full, hands-on execution of marketing campaigns from idea generation to fruition, including local networking and community engagement.
Top candidates will be:
1. Creative and works independently. Has a strong sense of effective marketing and community engagement.
2. Hands-on position - taking a marketing campaign from idea to fruition, including local networking and social media.
3. Be present to capture and share the activities at schools like special events, but also the beauty in the day to day.
4. Comfortable with using an iPhone for photos and filming, and including editing and publishing to IG & FB.
5. Comfortable with graphic design and using Canva or photoshop to create one of a kind & brand specific marketing materials.
6. Comfortable writing and creating copy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy with a twelve-month rolling schedule.
- A hands-on position that works actively with the Admissions Director to create and execute both short-term and long-term recruitment strategies to ensure the schools meets enrollment goals; 97% capacity
- Social Media: Oversee all social media accounts (FB,IG, TikTOk), designing and implementing campaigns that support the school mission.
- Be present to capture and share activities at the schools, including but not limited to, Family Forums, Holiday Events and day-to-day Montessori activities; The work of the child
- Newsletters: Oversee the all-school newsletter, The Pinktower
- Website: Manage the company website ensuring the continent is updated and reflective of the LTE Brand.
- Events: Support the Admissions Director with all Open Houses and monthly family events.
- Develop inclusive outreach efforts and make meaningful connections in the community, including sponsorships and attending chamber events.
- Serve as the face of the school to prospective families, communicating LTE’s mission and how it will benefit their child’s education
- Supporting Schools, working as a sub as needed or pitching in when an extra hand is requested
- Attend Prep-Days on site to support the teaching team
- Other Tasks as Assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience in the education field, particularly Montessori, is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in software such as Squarespace and social media management tools
- Analytical thinker capable of making data-driven decision
- Comfortable and proficient in capturing, editing and publishing videos using a smartphone for platforms such as IG, FB & TikTok
- Comfortable with graphic design and using platforms like Canva or Adobe to create original, brand-specific marketing materials.
- Comfortable writing and creating compelling marketing copy.
- Must clear a State criminal background check and standard drug screening
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
