Marketing and Events Executive
Location: Remote (with regular travel to sites and events)
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 per week
Salary: £33,000 per annum
As part of an exciting period of growth, we’re evolving our Sales and Marketing function and creating new opportunities in the team. This is a great time to join us as a Marketing & Events Executive, helping drive customer engagement and lead generation across our new developments.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning and delivering marketing campaigns and events that attract, engage and convert customers. Working closely with sales teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role in bringing our developments to life and supporting sales performance through creative, targeted marketing activity.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and deliver on-site and off-site events, including launches, open days and promotional activities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive leads, engagement and local awareness
- Write engaging copy for campaigns, events, digital channels and marketing materials
- Work closely with sales teams and partners to understand site needs and improve lead conversion
- Monitor campaign and event performance, using data to improve future activity
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across multiple channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Confidence working with stakeholders, suppliers and external agencies
- A proactive, creative approach with a focus on driving results
Desirable
- Experience in property, housing or new build developments
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance requirements
- Experience working in a commercially focused or target-driven environment
