Marketing and Retail Coordinator
Job Summary
Auntie Arnie’s Inc. is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Retail Coordinator to help grow our frozen ready-to-eat food brand across supermarkets, retail partners, and promotional events.
The role focuses on coordinating with supermarket accounts, improving in-store product visibility, supporting marketing campaigns, organizing bazaars and food events, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, merchandising, warehouse, and production teams. We are looking for someone energetic, hands-on, and willing to grow with a fast-growing food manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
Supermarket & Retail Coordination
- Coordinate with supermarket partners regarding promotions, product displays, freezer placements, and store requirements.
- Build good relationships with supermarket buyers, store managers, and retail partners.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability and brand visibility.
Merchandising Supervision
- Guide and monitor merchandisers to ensure proper product facing, freezer arrangement, and clean product displays.
- Ensure promotional materials and in-store displays are properly implemented.
- Help improve overall supermarket presentation of Auntie Arnies products.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Identify and coordinate participation in bazaars, food fairs, supermarket activations, and promotional events.
- Help organize in-store product sampling and promotional campaigns.
Social Media & Brand Support
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding social media promotions, announcements, and marketing materials.
- Monitor customer feedback and online engagement.
- Support both online and offline marketing activities.
Internal Coordination & Inventory Monitoring
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure enough inventory for promotions and supermarket requirements.
- Help monitor stock availability for events and retail accounts.
- Prepare simple reports on store visits, merchandising updates, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in Marketing role and Retail Coordinator.
- Experience in retail, food industry, FMCG, merchandising, or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork and visit supermarkets and events.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
- Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably near San Juan City
