An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Sales professional/Executive to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated track record in driving sales and marketing initiatives, along with increasing revenue and company visibility. The focus of the role will be to drive sales upwards, increase client retention and revenue and manage a team of sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Formulate and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Lead Generation: Design and evaluate multiple marketing approach to generate high-quality leads.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales and marketing personnel, establishing KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, consumer preferences, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare and manage departmental budgets while providing regular reports on ROI and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Client Relations: Manage critical customer accounts and strategic partnerships to build long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record (3–5+ years) in a management role overseeing both sales and marketing operations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate KPIs, interpret data, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for public relations and team collaboration.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with Generative AI, marketing automation tools, and sales analytics.
