The Marketing and Sales Executive (Insurance) will be responsible for marketing and selling the company’s insurance and financial products to individuals, families, retirees, SMEs, private companies, and government organizations. The Marketing and Sales Executive (Insurance) will be responsible for marketing and selling the company’s insurance and financial products to individuals, families, retirees, SMEs, private companies, and government organizations. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and provide suitable insurance solutions that promote financial security and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s insurance and financial products to prospective and existing clients.
- Market products such as Annuity for Life, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Travel Insurance, Fire Insurance, Marine Insurance, Group Life, and SME insurance solutions.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through referrals, presentations, networking, digital marketing, and field activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and regular follow-up.
- Educate clients on the importance and benefits of insurance protection and financial planning.
- Conduct product presentations and awareness sessions for organizations, associations, and retiree groups.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, policy processing, and claims support.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.

- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, pension marketing, financial advisory, or relationship management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital communication platforms.
