MARKETING & BRAND STRATEGIST

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Marketing & Brand Strategist to join our growing F&B business team.

This is for someone who understands both traditional and digital marketing, knows how to build a brand, create effective campaigns, and execute marketing strategies that drive real customer engagement and sales.

Experience Required:

Atleast 3 years experience in F&B marketing, hospitality marketing, or related industry.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and brand strategies
• Handle both traditional and digital marketing initiatives
• Create and manage social media content and promotions
• Plan marketing activities, events, and customer engagement campaigns
• Coordinate with management for branding direction and business growth
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Assist in increasing store visibility, customer traffic, and brand awareness
• Manage online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in F&B or hospitality marketing
• Knowledgeable in traditional and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of branding and customer engagement
• Creative, strategic, and results-oriented
• Can work independently and execute efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Updated with social media trends and marketing strategies

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledgeable in CapCut, Canva & AI tools and AI-assisted content creation (plus factor)
• Basic photo/video editing skills is an advantage
• Experience in Meta Ads, content marketing, and promotions is a plus
