Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Not your typical organisation
Let's skip the part where we tell you we're looking for a "dynamic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment." You've read that a hundred times. Here's what we actually want to tell you…
We're Lives Lived Well, a not-for-profit that supports people across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia with alcohol and other drug concerns, mental health challenges, and more. We've been doing this for over 50 years, driven by a genuine belief that with the right support, people can change their lives.
And right now, our small but mighty MarComms team needs another creative, curious person to join us.
The role
Full-time permanent role based at our Bowen Hills office and we’re happy for you to work up to two days a week from home.
You'll be part of a tight-knit team that looks after everything from social media and website content to staff newsletters, event support, branded merch, and the occasional new service launch. No two weeks look the same and that's what makes it interesting.
You won't be sitting on the sidelines. This is a hands-on role where you'll be creating, coordinating, and collaborating across the organisation every day.

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Why Lives Lived Well?
Because you'll actually feel like your work matters. The content you create, the campaigns you support, the stories you help tell, they connect people to services that change lives.
Our values aren't something on a poster in the kitchen (well, they might be, we do make posters). They shape how we work:
We are humble, human, and full of hope. We show up and share. We ask "why not?" and "what's next?" We leave a positive wake.
You'll also enjoy:
- Five extra paid leave days per year to support your wellbeing
- Salary packaging to boost your take-home pay
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family
- Fitness Passport membership with discounted access to gyms and pools across Australia A team that genuinely supports each other and doesn't take itself too seriously
A few practical things
- You'll need to complete a National Police History Check
- A current Australian driver's licence is preferred but not essential There may be occasional travel, but it's rare
