Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support sales and marketing execution across Lokre, bantr, and affiliated brands. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and excited to help bring marketing initiatives to life across hospitality, lifestyle, real esate, and experience-focused brands.
The Marketing & Communications Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing and assist with day-to-day execution. This person will play a key role in helping the company stay organized, visible, and proactive in its marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create and update flyers, listings, and promotional materials
- Maintain and update website content
- Assist in Meta ad updates and campaign implementation
- Upload and manage email marketing lists, graphics, and sales sequences
- Build lists and run email sequences through Hubspot
- Assist with ongoing email marketing campaigns
- Capture content and schedule social media content
- Upload graphics and promotions to screens across company properties
- Coordinate review outreach and manage Google listing updates
- Support overall brand consistency across marketing channel
Content & Communication
- Write basic marketing copy and promotional messaging
- Draft and coordinate press releases
- Coordinate communication with media outlets and partners
- Assist with content organization and asset management
Analytics & Reporting
- Review marketing analytics and campaign performance
- Help organize reporting and track engagement metrics
- Assist with identifying opportunities for improvement
Creative Coordination
- Coordinate photoshoots and content collection as needed
- Help organize and manage visual assets
- Support marketing campaigns with creative execution assistance

Preferred Skills
- Canva experience
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Experience using Hubspot or related softwares
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms
- Comfort with website updates and digital tools
- Basic copywriting experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
