Position Summary:
Veros is on the lookout for a self-motivated Marketing Communications Specialist who exudes creativity, boasts impeccable organizational skills, is an amicable and flexible team player, and is hungry to explore the vibrant realms of marketing, communications, and sales.
In this role, the Marketing Communications Specialist will report to the Vice President of Marketing while collaborating closely with our dynamic marketing team and various cross-functional groups. Their contributions will be instrumental as they lend their unique talents to a diverse spectrum of tasks, including but not limited to marketing communications, event coordination, operational support, and brand management. Additionally, the Marketing Communications Specialist will wield significant influence in performance reporting and data management, offering crucial insights that will propel our strategic initiatives to new heights.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Drive social media growth and engagement using HubSpot and a wide array of direct platforms, overseeing planning, content creation, and execution.
- Collaborate on marketing design projects, including website, email campaigns, and event collateral, with expertise in WordPress.
- Manage information gathering and content creation of effective and compelling marketing content for a wide array of marketing and sales mediums.
- Produce and post blog insights/articles, videos and more on WordPress and other digital platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, campaigns, and giveaways for conferences and internal events.
- Pull and analyze marketing performance metrics for monthly reporting using various platforms and PowerPoint.
- Conduct research, gather data and work with data using web resources, Excel, Salesforce, Zoom Info, and more.
- Assist with planning and production of videos, webcasts, podcasts, and webinars.
- Document best-practice processes for marketing and/or others.
- Provide support for marketing miscellaneous projects as needed.
- Assist with and attend annual or mid-year town halls in Santa Ana California.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Has obtained a bachelor’s degree or equal work experience in a related field, displaying a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
- Entry level up to 3 years relevant experience in marketing.
- Prior experience in content creation, marketing projects, and project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, adaptable and committed to quickly mastering new technologies and systems.
- Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Premiere, WordPress, Salesforce and social media platforms is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with mortgage, lending, real estate, or financial industries is a bonus.
- Driven by a genuine passion for marketing and a desire to excel in the field's best practices.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
