We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Marketing Content Creator to join our growing international hospitality and media team.

This is a remote position based in Japan. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit marketing content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms
• Produce short-form videos, captions, graphics, and social media posts
• Assist with AI-powered content production workflows
• Write bilingual or multilingual marketing content (English / Chinese / Japanese)
• Repurpose content into multiple formats across different platforms
• Support social media engagement and online community growth
• Contribute creative ideas for branding, storytelling, and audience growth

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese
• Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar creative tools
• Interested in AI tools and digital marketing workflows
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for content creation, branding, and social media
