Position Overview
This mid-level role is ideal for a marketing professional with HubSpot experience who is ready to take ownership of campaigns and contribute to inside sales efforts. The Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving lead generation, supporting client relationships, and improving marketing performance. This position offers a strong opportunity for career growth into senior marketing or business development roles.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (Primary Focus):
- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot (email, workflows, landing pages, CRM)
- Create and manage marketing content including newsletters, case studies, and digital assets
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Maintain website and social media presence to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Inside Sales Support (Secondary Emphasis):
- Support lead generation, qualification, and nurturing through HubSpot CRM
- Assist in moving prospects through the sales funnel via outreach and follow-ups
- Collaborate with business development teams to track pipeline and opportunities
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client and sales activities
Client Support & Coordination:
- Provide responsive support to client inquiries and communication needs
- Help ensure a positive and professional client experience
- Coordinate internally to align marketing and sales efforts with client expectations
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, reporting)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Client support-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging marketing strategies and content
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing and/or inside sales experience
