About the opportunity:
The Marketing Coordinator is part of the Arden Homes Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager. The key focus of this role is to manage and deliver marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand presence whilst ensuring initiatives are aligned with operational plans and budget. More specifically, you will:

About the opportunity:
The Marketing Coordinator is part of the Arden Homes Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager. The key focus of this role is to manage and deliver marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand presence whilst ensuring initiatives are aligned with operational plans and budget. More specifically, you will:
- Develop clear and detailed creative and media briefs for agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and initiatives
- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and other channels from planning through to execution and performance analysis
- Manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring deliverables are on-brand, on-brief, and delivered on time
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including digital, print, and promotional materials
- Manage and maintain updates to the company website, ensuring content is accurate and current
- Conduct market research and customer surveys to uncover insights that shape brand strategy and positioning, improving lead generation
About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:
- Experience as a Marketing coordinator or similar role, ideally within property, real estate, or a high-growth consumer brand
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience writing and managing creative and media briefs
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Confident communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and agencies
- A proactive and driven mindset, with the ability to adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all campaigns and deliverables
- Experience with Wrike, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics (preferred)
