Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
Tulip Medical is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our Customer and Brand Experience team — responsible for making every customer, distributor, and field partner interaction feel unmistakably Tulip. This is not a traditional marketing support role. You'll be executing at a high level across CRM management, customer responsiveness, conference operations, content asset management, and marketing campaigns — with real ownership and accountability from day one.
We're looking for someone with 2–3 years of relevant experience (including internships) who is ready to hit the ground running, automate what can be automated, and execute without being asked twice.
What You'll Do
Customer & Distributor Responsiveness
- Serve as the execution arm of Tulip's responsiveness standard: acknowledge every customer and distributor communication within 1 business day and ensure substantive responses are delivered within 2 business days
- Work directly with the Director of Customer and Brand Experience to log and route all complaints through the customer experience intake process, ensuring no complaint goes untracked and every customer receives a timely relationship response
- Partner with the Director of Customer and Brand Experience to maintain zero unacknowledged complaints — this is a non-negotiable standard, not a goal
CRM Management
- Own day-to-day CRM execution: upload and tag contact lists, log interactions, maintain distributor profiles, and ensure 100% of interactions are captured within 2 business days
- Generate monthly analytics reports and support lead tracking
- Experience with Keap is a strong plus
Conference & Event Marketing
- Coordinate all aspects of trade show and conference participation: booth logistics, promotional materials, lead capture, portal management, and setup/teardown
- Enter post-show metrics and keep Linq card profiles current
Content & Asset Management
- Keep all print and digital marketing assets current using Monday.com
- Collaborate with the Director of Customer and Brand Experience to index and maintain the company's operating procedures library — ensuring every procedure is consistently formatted, findable, and updated within 30 days of any change
- Organize and maintain the company Google Drive
Email Marketing
- Design and schedule email campaigns for the Tulip brand
Distributor Marketing Support
- Support distributor marketing initiatives and help organize the distributor portal
- Support the Director of Customer and Brand Experience in maintaining training and marketing assets for Tulip's international distributor network
ARTS & Video Platform
- Assist with white-glove sales correspondence and customer communications
- Manage the UScreen video platform and support the ARTS community platform
- Work alongside the Director of Customer and Brand Experience to maintain the ARTS content calendar and support member onboarding and event promotion
Automation & Process Improvement
- Proactively identify, propose, and implement automation and time-saving strategies across marketing operations — this is a core expectation, not an afterthought
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, or customer experience (internships count)
- A true self-starter who executes without hand-holding and looks for ways to make the team faster
- Strong CRM instincts — you believe in logging everything and hate when data falls through the cracks
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms; experience with Keap, Monday.com, and/or UScreen is a significant plus
- Strong written communication skills — you'll be corresponding with customers, distributors, and field partners on behalf of Tulip
- Detail-oriented with a process improvement and automation mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
