Marketing Coordinator – Hickory Group

Hickory Group is a leading Australian construction and modular building company delivering high-rise, prefabrication, and large-scale commercial projects across the country.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in delivering engaging campaigns, strengthening brand presence, and driving customer engagement across digital and offline channels.

What you’ll do

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate social media content and scheduling
• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and brochures
• Update company website and digital platforms
• Support events, trade shows, and corporate branding activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist with email marketing and digital advertising campaigns
• Work with designers, agencies, and external partners
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications

What we’re looking for

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
