Position Overview

Bellies Bear Bowtique is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand, increase sales, and create new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, event coordination, social media planning, and implementing innovative ideas to expand the business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure opportunities for Bellies Bear Bowtique products to be displayed and sold in stores, boutiques, and other retail outlets.
Research, book, and coordinate markets, expos, and events to promote the brand.
Ensure all events are planned, organised, and ready for successful execution.
Work with the graphic designer to plan and manage social media content and marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement customer loyalty and promotional programs.
Identify new opportunities and creative ideas to grow the business and increase sales.
Build relationships with potential partners, stockists, and event organizers.
Monitor marketing activities and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Marketing, sales, event coordination, or business development experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently.
Passion for marketing, customer engagement, and business growth.
Own transport and a valid driver's license will be advantageous.

Bellies Bear Bowtique is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about helping our brand grow and reach new customers.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Johannesburg, Gauteng
