Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator (Growth & Customer Engagement) to join our dynamic team. In this paid role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital marketing tools and techniques, with a focus on content creation, social media management, and performance analysis. Ultimately, our business is a relationship business and we need YOU to help our team build more, and stronger, relationships with our customers.
** This position could be part-time or full-time based on a candidates fit and availability **
Responsibilities
- Fuel sales acquisition and retention efforts through the creation and assisted implementation of outreach campaigns. (Direct mail, email, calls, texts, etc)
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, paid advertising and social media platforms.
- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, and social media to ensure consistent brand messaging and engaging visuals.
- Utilize SEO and AISO tools and keyword research to optimize website content for search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop for marketing materials.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), ensuring targeted reach and effective budget utilization.
- Support the implementation of marketing automation tools to streamline email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement efforts.
What You'll Do
Customer Retention & Engagement
- Help develop and execute customer retention campaigns
- Assist with email marketing initiatives and customer communications
- Segment customer lists and identify opportunities for re-engagement
- Analyze customer behavior and purchasing trends across industries
- Support direct mail marketing campaigns
Lead Generation & Business Development Support
- Create and coordinate marketing efforts that support our Business Development Manager
- Research target markets and prospective customers
- Help develop campaigns that generate inbound leads
- Assist with outreach materials, case studies, and marketing collateral
- Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts
Marketing Technology & Systems
- Maintain and improve our CRM data
- Assist with marketing automation and workflow development
- Learn and manage marketing tools including HighLevel, Kit, AI platforms, and other software
- Help improve reporting and marketing performance tracking
- Use AI and technology tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Website, SEO & Digital Presence
- Assist with website updates and content management
- Support SEO and AI search optimization efforts
- Monitor website performance and user engagement
- Help improve our online visibility and search rankings
Content & Brand Support
- Coordinate social media content (approximately 2-3 posts per week)
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (approximately 1-2 per week)
- Gather customer success stories and project highlights
- Capture occasional photos and videos for marketing use
- Work with internal and external creative resources to develop marketing materials

- Exposure to Google Analytics or marketing reporting tools
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Photography or videography experience is a plus
- Design experience is helpful but not required
