Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day marketing efforts across Barre & Soul locations and brand initiatives. This role helps execute marketing campaigns, coordinate content and promotions, support studio events, and ensure brand consistency across digital and in-studio platforms. This position works closely with leadership, studio leads, instructors, and creative partners to support client engagement, community growth, and overall brand awareness. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, collaborative, and excited about wellness, community, and boutique fitness. This role is both strategic and hands-on, balancing content creation, project coordination, communication, and marketing execution across multiple studios and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
βAssist in creating, planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across all studios
βCoordinate and manage social media and marketing calendars
β Support creation and distribution of marketing assets including eblast, graphics, flyers, signage, and digital materials
β Work with leadership to help promote workshops, events, trainings, and studio offerings
β Ensure consistency of Barre & Soul branding across platforms and locations
β Assist in tracking marketing performance, engagement, and promotional results
β Coordinate with photographers, designers, influencers, and other creative partners as needed
β Support community partnerships, outreach efforts, and brand collaborations
β Help maintain website updates, studio announcements, and marketing calendars
β Attend occasional studio events, trainings, or community activations as needed

Required Qualifications
β Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
β Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, sales, or related fields
β Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
β Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
β Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
β Experience using Google Suite, Canva, and other relevant digital platforms and marketing tools
β Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing basics
Preferred Qualifications
β Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or boutique fitness industry
β Familiarity with the local boutique fitness and wellness community
β Photography and video editing experience
β Knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools
β Resides within reasonable proximity to a Barre & Soul studio location
β Experience with studio management software, email marketing platforms, or social media scheduling tools
β Understanding of marketing strategies, brand consistency, and promotional planning
β Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong project coordination abilities
β Ability to support team collaboration and contribute positively to company culture

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Massachusetts
